Hello everyone. I have a 2013 Model. The CBR600RR is my first sports bike and i have own it for about a year. So far the only major mod i did was the akrapovic slip on.
So far only issue i have is my fuel consumption. Only getting 30 to 35 mpg, not sure if that is normal for street/highway riding. Hope to learn more from everyone here!

MPG is highly dependent on riding style.

If you're easy on the throttle and are only using 7K rpm you can get 40+mpg.

Secondary injectors open @ 7K rpm.

If you've done a fuel controller and performance exhaust, and you ride "quickly" (upper1/2 of rpm range)
you may get about 30 mpg.

I ride half highway half street, I usually go around 50 to 60mph on the highway and 30 to 40mph on street, that's the speed limit here. I seldom go past 7k rpm. I did oil, coolant change, throttle body, and fuel injector cleaning. Due for valve clearance and spark plug soon. Currently have about 22,000 miles on it. Will be good if the consumption can improve but I can live with it :)
