Having trouble figuring out what these fuses are…

I just received an Impaktech 2 finger clutch lever in the mail and was in the process of figuring out my plan for removing this to install the new assembly… Are these fuses important enough that they must be in this housing to have my bike function or? I see on partzilla they’re calling it a clutch switch set
