jjanaya21 said:So... I was washing my bike today... and my headlights fogged up... WHATS UP WITH THAT! It's an '06 for crying out loud! Does anyone else have this problem??? What do I do to solve the problem? Is it covered under warranty???
Trust us it's normal. Even if the light housing is perfectly sealed it will still create condensation due to the various temperatures. Lights = warm/hot, outside air = cold = condensation.Joe Lew said:The only reason my head light fogs up is cause there is a huge crack at the bottom of it. I replaced the headlight assembly and dont have anymore problems. I dont think I would go as far as to say its normal though. BTW I have an 06.

i tried searching for the bleeder valve... I CANT FIND IT???? what gives...TOMIMOTO said:It's normal. If you change the headlight fluid it sometimes helps.
Doesn't matter whether your bike is an 06 or an 03. They all do it. Let us know what the dealer says though.fergusonv said:How come only one of mine fogs up then after running both lights? I'm gonna call my dealer too, I'll let you know what they say, I'm sure they will say its normal so they dont have to **** with it. Also, I wonder why cars headlights dont fog up all the time too? I have an 06 and this should not be an issue.
Edit: Just called my dealer and he told me to bring it in and he would fix it.
