I've been having a little problem with my low beam head light not comming on when the bike is turned on. If I wiggle the plug in back it would come on and stay on until I shut the bike off again. Today I pulled off the weather-seal around the light housing and pulled my bulb out. Then I took the adapter plug off and noticed that the dividing piece of plastic between both posts was melted and that there was some corrosion (white powdery residue) inside the plug. normal plastic won't melt under just 12v so I must have gotten some water in it (don't know how). anyway just wanted to share that in case anybosy else has the same problem. By the way anybody have an extra one of those adapter plugs. I'm sure they probably cost about 20 bucks a piece.
