Done lurking, time to post. I am a fellow Honda rider and its come time for me to start searching for my next bike. I have decided that a 600 is the way to go because I will be using the bike primarily at track days and the odd street ride too. Really looking forward to seeng the 07 RR and also the Kawi ZX-6R. The 06 R6 is super trick but I'm not a Yamaha guy and don't think I ever could be. I currently have an RC51 which will be my precious special occasion bike and it will not be for street use after this year. Cheers :glasses10

I love rc51's. if your 600 will be your track and occasional canyon tool, what will you do with the RC if it wont be for street anymore? huh, huh, huh?

Thanks for the welcome guys, I've already gathered lots about the 600 reading around here. Guess I should give you a bit of background about myself. I only rode street exclusively until last year I did two days at the track with the local school and was hooked bad. This year I have only done one long street ride and all track days. I would classify myself as a novice though my friends say I'm not novice anymore.

My RC51 has 17,000 miles on it and she is pretty mint. I will keep it as a track bike too, probably take it to Barber a few times a year. But I will never push hard with that bike, I don't want to risk wadding it up. Not that it wouldn't break my heart if I drop a brand new 600RR but I can at least always have one bike that is perfect.
