Well on 1000rr.net I've seen plenty of posts of people removing the honda damper and putting aftermarket ones on, why would they do that if not to improve performance?
some guys say its too stiff, in high speed corners, they say even at standstill the HESD is as stiff as a GPR on 2, read the entire thread, its all there... i think i asked a few things on one of em, the most recent one.
