Well guys, I just got my BK moto kit installed today with dual halo's and demon eyes. My problem is that right headlight (low beams) projector isn't on. My left (high beam) is on and works like a champ for low and high beams. My outter halo's and demon eyes also work and look good. But my inner halo's don't work either. The inner halo on my right headlight maybe broken because it does come on but its really dim. My left one doesn't turn at all. I have re-watched the instructional video from BK moto a couple times now and as far as I can tell everything is hooked up correctly. If I could get my right projector to come on I could probably figure out the rest and I really don't want to have to replace a possible broken halo ring since I have already resealed my headlights. Does anyone have any thoughts? Thanks in advance.

Maybe you could try swapping the projectors over. (Put left projector on right ballist) to see if it is indeed the projector that's bad.

As far as the halos. Inners and outers are wired together correct? So either the halo is bad or you have a bad inverter, you could try swapping a inverter from outer to your inners to test that.
I'm just spitballing here, you really need to speak to Borka thru his thread, pm or phone. He'll get you sorted.

I had a inner halo pop on me after install just recently, pm'ed Borka and he shipped me a new one free of charge and just waiting for a rain day to strip light apart.

I think that may have happened to me too. When I was reglueing the headlights I heard a small pop but I was hoping that it was just an air pocket in the glue. I looked at all of the halos and I didn't see any cracks.

Check your low beam connections for right projector to low beam harness. Right side wire maybe come loose. I know it's a mess of wires.... what helped me was tagging everything with painters tape and a marker to keep wires sorted on install.

Just put mine in 2 days ago and had the same thing but on the left side. Did all the same stuff your doing. After about 2 hours of checking everything I found that 12 volt power plug to left side ballast was fully connected but the positive pin on the male side had slide out the back of the connector. Unplugged the ballast slid the pin back in and every thing worked great.

Now for your halos.... If you cut and extended any of the white halo wires you have to use the same gauge of wire and solder them or they will not work. I tried with some speaker wire and electrical tape and one would come half way on. Hope any of this helps. I know I found myself having to take several brakes during this install.

My first hunch was possibly a bad ground on the right side because when I was hooking everything up I really had to settle for a place to connect it that would reach. After some patience and more digging, I found a better place to ground the right side. I am happy to report that every now works as advertised except for the inner halos. Neither one of them really work at all. But the projectors, demon eyes and outer halos all work and look great.
