Um.. if its the rounded-rectangle part you're talking about that fits through the hole in the frame, it just pushes back in.. lift up on the front, stick it in, and then push the front back down.. worked for me

Yeah, you should try to take it out by removing the right mid fairing only. You need to remove the front clip and then pull the air ducts. Not sure if you can get it back in the same way it came out.

Thanks New Red... You Have Been Answering Alot Of My Questions. I Apreciate Thatbike Feels Like It Lost Some Umph, At 8000 Rpms It Would Pick Up And Start To Go, Just Doesnt Feel Like That Now.. Is It Maybe Becuase I Dont Have The Intake In Correctly? Sucking Air From Somewhere Else??
Another Thing, That Little Triangle Piece That Is Attached To The Air Duct, The Last Piece Tucked Into The Fairing, Well My Isnt Even On Tight, It Only Stays On Because The Fairing Keeps It From Falling Off, But If I Remove The Fairing, Gravity Makes It Fall, Is That Normal?

Yes fix the intake first. Try what chkaotic is telling you by loosening the front and lifting it up a little. The traingle piece is the resonator. It's held in by 2 plastic trim clips that are obviously missing. I doubt it's causing any performance issues. You have 5 trim clips on the lower fairings. 3 up front and 2 in the back. Pull 1 and put it in the resonator until you can get another one. Put a small zip-tie on the lower where you robbed the trim clip from.

Why did you pull the fairing in the first place?

I had mine out last time I flushed my coolant...it was a huge pain in the arse to get back in properly but eventually it did go back.

how bad is it to run with out the tubes
Without a before and after dyno who knows. But if it was better without the ram air tubes Honda would have never installed them in the first place.
