How do I get to the toolkit...?

telling us the year of the bike could help...
hehe... yeah.. it seems a bit funny to me... i could be wrong on this, but i think you have to unscrew the big silver bolt bolt of the fairing first and then maybe bend the fairing out a little away from the frame. then you should see a key hole on the toolkit top. never actaully tried it with the fairing on... no point for me, cause theres nothing in mine...

there is a hidden spot on the side of mine that i press and it flips out with the tool kit like robo cops gun holster...

It's not really disassembly. You just have to remove the black plastic clip and undo the quick fastener with a quarter or something. Then, once you have the helmet strap out, just leave it under the seat.

lol, why would you put it back in the tool box when under the seat or your jacket pocket works too. its not like its a huge lease
i can hang my helmet from my 06 no prob. Its just a normal hjc helmet. on the left side of the bike the clip the seat goes into has a bulge towards the top. I just have to turn the metal hook on the helmet 45 degrees to it and it slides over and the helmet hangs just enough out of the way for me to pop the rear seat back on.

General Discussiona friend of mine was telling me about a electronic visor that can switch from smoked to clear. i have seen similar idea on airplane windows, they have a lcd i think in between them. any one know if they are for sale? also he said he saw one that has daemon eyes on it that are leds, ever see?- 8

Speedo stuck in kph
General DiscussionHi, I have tried to change from khp to mph the normal way ..... 'when on trip A press the reset button' - it does not work for me. My speedo seems to be stuck on kph. Anyone else have this problem? If so did you manage to changeto mph? Anyone know why it would be stuck on kph? Thanks.- 4

New fairings ...... or not ?????
General DiscussionSo, below are a couple of pics from my old 1992 CBR600 (f2) - bought as the flamed pirelli, purchased some fairings from China for £350 and fitted myself - and I loved this bike. General DiscussionIs it common to get condensation behind the dash glass,I’m assuming it’s the steam rising up from the radiator when the weather is wet. Can it cause any issues?- 0

Overflow tank had hole in it!
General DiscussionNo idea how this happened but the coolant overflow tank somehow got a hole in the top. It looks burned but it's not by the head or exhaust. No coolant was left in it. I noticed it when I was changing the oil.- 7
