Before I order them and stock them to meet the requirements for this forum section, and 60 days of being a member. I am wondering how many of you 07-08 owners want a power-up kit for far less than anyone in the states can offer. Please do not PM me about buying one early, I don't want banned. Besides, if it doesn't sell I can install it on my bike

MSRP is $1800, which dealers can't get HRC parts anymore in the USA (Honda USA said so) except for one company in the US which sells it for $1300, and I sell for less. Much less.

will this fit a 09? i thought the only diff between 07 to 09 was the fairings?

All I want to know is if it's gonna be worth it. Not trying to market it yet, just seeing if people actually want it before I pay the vendor fee. I'm gonna anyway, just not yet. It's called marketing research?

07-08 and 09 are different - the ecu is wired in differently, and their tune isn't the same either... emissions laws or some such.

Easy enough to put an 07-08 ecu into an 09 though, you just need to rewire the knock sensor.

Yeah except I can get both the 07-08 powerup kit and 09 which are completely different part numbers. The graph says 09 gets a far higher HP improvement.

That's because the 07-08 supposedly develops far more power than the 09... they detuned the 09 to meet emissions laws. The reason there are different HRC ECUs is because the harnesses aren't quite the same, the knock sensor is wired differently.

A few guys that are running 09 track bikes run the 07-08 ecu for this reason, with the modification for the knock sensor.
