Hi,

Had to remove the airbox, in which we also un-mounted the fuel injectors. Bolted everything back up however when turning the bike on there is considerable fuel leaking which seems to come from the fuel injector housing or the injecters them selves. Is there anything that we may have put back wrong? Seems so simple but fuel is squirting out through the injector housing, as if the airbox was blocked and the fuel had nowhere else to go.

Appreciate any help - Regards, Mike

most likely one of the o-rings is ruptured, try to locate the part & replace it.

you were correct, thanks. One question, how to replace the new o-ring? use a lubricant I presume and push it in injector housing?

yeah, just wet the o-rings with oil or grease so it slides in without damaging the rubber.
