So I seemed to have lost the little instruction thing that tells you which wire goes where and which wire does the different types of blinks. Would anyone mind posting this info up? Thanks.

Black = Ground
Red = Running lights
Orange = Standard Blink
Yellow = strobe
O+Y = Fade
