After a season insured under State farm, I realized that I was paying a lot for it. My previous insurance payments were 138/mo. I've been researching around and I can't find anywhere cheaper. Allstate was almost 200, Progressive was almost 300. Bikeline.com was 23,000 a year, lol.
I just dont get it. I have a crystal clean record, I turn 21 this summer, and insurance is going to bend me over.

Any opinions?

Nationwide beat Statefarm for me by about 40% with a 1 point ticket.

It's bizarre how different insurance is from one area to another. State Farm gave me the best price at $450/year for full coverage. Allstate quoted $2500/year and AAA would'nt even insure "a bike like that."
BTW- I'm 25, no tickets or accidents.
I have been told Progressive gives good rates but I have heard some bad things about having a claim.

Keep searching.... There are alot of factors that influence the pricing... Ask the agents how to get a discount!

I'm confused why so much, i pay like 25.50 a month full coverage on an 06. I have State Farm, just switched from nationwide which was a whopping 42 bucks a month. I can't see anybody's insurance over 1500 a year. Anything more than 750 is highway robbery, but isn't all insurance!!!!!!!!!!!

That's up there with some of the most rediculous things I've ever heard.
