My buddy is deciding to purchase a 2001 Suzuki GSX-R 750 for $5000. The bike has 16000 miles and is in good physical and running shape. In your opinion is this a good deal or should he continue to look for something else?

That's what I was thinking.... $2500 more for an 05 with no miles...Gsxr that is. He can get THE BEST for about $4000 more ;-).
