Well after finally disputing my payment I FINALLY got some response and of course a huge line of crap. Here is the email.

We deeply apologize for your wait, We have looked through all our email, spam folders, and voice mails and cannot find any of your messages. We have received and outstanding response to our 600rr.net introductory offer and we are currently a little back order. We also had an issue with our LED supplier in china which we have resolved.

We shipped out a bulk of orders this morning and yours would have been part of this shipment, yet, since we have received a hold on your funds due to the dispute and claim, we wanted to know what steps you wanted us to take.
If you remove the Paypal claim, we are willing to ship out the tail light "overnight" the very same day. Although, if you desire a refund for the product we gladly to give it to you. Let us know what is best for you and we will oblige.

Again, we deeply apologize for everything.
We strive to send out a premium product and we hope the tail light is to your satisfaction.
Let us know if there is anything we can do to better your experience with us.

Talk about some BS lies. First of all no spam filter stopped PMs for 4 days through the forum. Secondly, the same email and phone number I spoke to Jamison with before I bought the light went through perfectly. Then after I paid him them all of sudden they are being stopped by spam filters and empty voicemails. They cant keep up with the orders as they promised, they will not respond to anything until they have an answer or you take your money back, it is J'neer all over again. If you are one of the many that still haven't received your light or any response, dispute your paypal payment and you might get some response. Hope this helps the others.

i guess moeman was right...tripage ftw.

I will always call it like i see it i do not gain anything from supporting
or not supporting vendors i always felt that communication plays
a major role in any business transaction :wave: so what if you have a problem
let me know do not leave me in the dark :evil3:

Exactly, communication is the key to ANY relationship be it business or personal. I am giving you my hard earned money before I get an item with trust that you will do as you say, and when you can't you dont even have the balls to let me know. Make excuses all you would like, but excuses are like a$$holes, everyone has one and they all stink and I am tired of smelling them.

i'm still in the same boat. Order it on July 5 and still nothing, almost a month now. I also disputed this with paypal. took him 2 days to response.

I ordered my taillight and every single one of my emails were replied to rather quickly. I was told about the back order, which I expected due to the volume of orders they had most likely received. I offered to pay for overnight shipping to get it faster when their batch of LED's came in and Jamison refused, he sent it via overnight at no extra cost to me. I am a person that likes their items within days of ordering but I understood this time and they treated me very well. It was certainly worth the wait. I have no issues with them and would buy from them again in a heart beat.

That seems to be the standard so far. Both Iwinmoto and J'neer are just picking who they sending the products to. If they happen to pick you, you get a great light, little wait and they answer your every question. If they don't pick you, you get no email, no phone calls, no answers and just get to wait. Glad to see the ones that are actually getting customer service and their product enjoying them, but the ones who are getting screwed just get to wait and lose intestest on the payment that is sitting in his bank account.

I don't know if I was lucky to be "picked" or the fact that I try to be as nice as possible when dealing with any customer service issues. People are more willing to help you if you are being courteous and pleasant, then if you are pissy and rude with them. Not saying that you were either of the latter, just saying I was as nice as I could be without getting pissy and they were more than helpful getting me my taillight. I understand people want their taillights but try to put yourself in their shoes for a minute. They are most likely swamped right now and are I'm sure doing the best they can.

I totally understand what your going through. It happend to me with J'neer. Thats why I went with Tripage and got my light in 3 days! IMO, the CA light is way way better quality than J'neer.

I ordered my light the second week of july and finally got it monday the 4th of August. I did put it on last night and its very bright i'm happy with the quality and his customer service was very good he awnsered all my questions very quick. After it's all said an done i'm happy with the light and the service, wasn't real happy with ship time but oh well. By the way I have no digital camera for pics sorry!

IDK about that long...but any time is worth the wait....been getting nothing but compliments on my tail light...everyone seams to love it!!

ordered mine 7/30....sent an email after a week of nothing. was very polite about it. Still have heard nothing back. sent them and email just a few minutes ago. if i dont hear from them in 48 hours i may just have to contact paypal. Its rather odd that some of you guys ordered them in the beginning of july and still dont have it, but others ordered halfway through and have already received and installed them. Kinda f'd up if you ask me.

i ordered 7/29. i am just waiting. i dont think i will ahve any problems and i love the features of this light. not to mention i ordered smoke. so i cant wait to see it. wooo!
