Any ideas on this? My knees are in a constantly sliding forward when I'm tryin to use my abs and take the weight off the front. I was thinking maybe like black memory foam with some silicon adheasive or maybe just some sandpaper strips.

Stomp pads are really grippy but, IMHO, look like a$$.

You can try The Tankslapper. They make a a 3-piece kit, two pieces go on the sides of the tank and the 3rd does what a tank pad does. They're not [intentionally] made for grip but do provide some (but not as much as Stomp pads). If you go this route, don't bother with the 3rd piece.

I just put some stomps on last week:

They work great and really ad a new level of control with respect to your knees and "grabbing" the bike w/ them.

+1. I got their "ice" set which is kinda clear but isnt supposed to be for super aggresive riding. It isnt nearly as aggressive as the Stompgrip but helps a LOT. Thanks to the milder design you don't have to worry about eating holes in pants and whatnot. Look into it!

Stomp grip works! you might need to repair the inside of the legs on your leathers every couple years, depending... Great trade off imo..

I have Tech Spec snakeskin on my road fairing and it's fantastic! Really grippy on jeans and leathers. It's a mission to get it just in the right place, but it really works. I then have Stomp Grip on order for my track fairing, but it hasn't arrived yet. When it does I'll do a quick comparitive review. LOVE the Tech Spec product, though!
