New here, hope this is the right spot to post this. I recently purchased a 09 CBR600RR and it came with an LeoVince SBK carbon fiber slip on. I THINK it’s the EVO 2, but I’m not entirely sure. While I LOVE the sound of the bike, the drone coming from this bike while cruising around 5-8k rpms is a little much for me. After some investigating I found the dB Killer baffle has been removed. Does anyone know where I can buy the correct dB Killer for that muffler? Thanks in advance.
Can't answer your question but I'm no fan of loud exhausts myself and have added baffles on several occasions.
Unfortunately they don't do that much. I actually checked with a sound meter. There's some noticeable drop off at idle but once on the gas there's not much difference.
LeoVince my be different. I've done this on a Barkers, Scorpion and Two Brothers.

Ya these LeoVince mufflers come with a baffle preinstalled and you can remove them if you so choose. It’s not so much how loud it is as much as the frequency it hits at cruising rpms creating that “drone”. I’ve managed to find the dB Killer inserts that come with these mufflers on eBay, but they do a terrible job telling you what muffler they’re designed for...
I had an 07 600RR and bought a LeoVince exhaust for it a while back ago. It was noticeably quieter with the baffle put in. On my old Monster it was also much quieter with the baffles in on the Termignoni exhaust.
Do you have a photo of the exhaust? You can always try emailing LeoVince as well. Otherwise I would religiously check eBay as you are to ensure you can find one.
Just wanted to leave a reply in case someone has this same problem. Here’s a picture of the exhaust
I got in contact with LeoVince and they told me the correct dB Killer part number for this pipe is:
1861-1008
