I see the Lo Jack guy almost evryday at work so I've been buggin him for info on when they're gonna have one for bikes, well I saw him today and he said they're now available. My cost is about $300 (but thats cause I work there) I think he said retail will be about $400 ( dont quote me). This wasn't really clear to him so dont take my word but when asked where they would mount the unit he said You would have to take your body off and tell them where you want it. The unit will be hooked up to the bike battery but only as a back up, the unit itself will have its own that good for about 3 years. As the details get more clear or as soon as I get one on mine I'll post he details.

It's kind of a homing becon that police use to find stolen cars and bikes. Each one has a code and when activated the police can find it with a computer in their car.

12midnight-parts on ebay, LoJack dumped.

6am-you discover your bike stolen.

j/k.

I'd be interested in a unit if I could figure out where to put it.

Lo Jack will be worthless on bikes as thieves will soon know where they are and disable/remove them before you even know your bike is gone.
