The first volume is very basic.
ToTW2 is an addition to the first.

Both will take you a long way when street riding and on the TrackDay Level.
However, when racing there is no substitute for seat time and schools

I have the 1st one, read it from cover to cover and found it to be a great help. I have not got II yet so I can't really say if it would help or if the same things are covered. Read it with an open mind and I'll bet you learn a lot.

I honestly do not remember if I had posted this yet or not, so if I have ... forgive me.

I couldnt get through the twist of the wrist series without falling asleep ... am I the only one with that problem?? I HONESTLY did try, ... I know that there is some great information in there. I did however find a book that has alot of great info, and is very easy to read.

Sport Riding Techniques, by Nick Ienatsch, (forward by Kenny Roberts).

Let me know how you find Twist II to be .... Perhaps I will try to read it again.
