running that rear tire almost flat is great in a lot for learning. there isn't much need to worry about side-to-side balance, and that's why he's doing it. i still only run about 14 psi in my rear. running that low of rear tire pressure will save your tire, you get a better contact patch and it doesn't spin as much when you clutch it up. but i don't suggest you try it on the road.

wheelies look good, keep practicing bro.
