thanks for your input man........The ones in the video are actually mine.
but why are they so bad? there is a minor recess in exhaust valves, but not too bad imho. Valve lash on 2 out of 8 exhaust valves were in the 0.2-0.25 mm range, a tad out of tolerance, but other than that. I do not see why not to lap and reuse. That is if they match up good enough with prussian blue (on the seats)
There is some carbon buildup on intakes, but compared to non sportbike valves i see online, seems pretty minor. could be wrong though. Also lash was in tolerance for all intakes.
Off course i dont have experience on my side so am all ears for some lecturing...

Miweber929's or Wibbly's (or other!) opinion would be useful.

I've very little experience/knowledge.....but I've seen motors in this state after some years of use....

Mostly 250 cc and smaller, though I've de-carbonised big MAN diesels, which had combustion chambers and valves in

about the same condition as the pic above......
