Hey guys,

I'm running full Micron headers w/ Two Brothers exhaust, Factory Pro velocity stacks, gutted air box, BMC filter and massive intake plenums because let's face it, the intake on the 03-06's kind of blows OEM.

But the question I have is this: Would a map from Dynojet for say, a full Micron and BMC filter run alright with the bike, or is the fuel tuning finicky enough that I would either have less power or possibly damage the bike?

My request, is if for some reason anyone happens to have a map similar to what I'm running, could you send it my way?

Thanks in advance

Dynojets maps dont even work right if all you have is a S/O on your bike and you choose the map that is made for that.

They are a baseline for tuners at best...

Your bike will never run right till you get it properly done by a tuner

Cool, thanks very much guys. One more question, do I need to block of the PAIR valves prior to taking it to someone to tune?

this is strongly recomened, and if the turner doesnt ask you to, or even make you, your getting a half assed tune.

Yeah, I was thinking along the same lines.
Though I have a Dynojet approved business pretty near me, so I'm confident. Um, for the PAIR remove I just need to cap those outlets with 5/8" rubber caps yeah?

check the How to's section on this.

Plus I believe a member on here is selling some pretty pimp lookin PAIR blockoff plates for very cheap. Check the GB/Vendor sections for it.

I went the blockoff plates way on mine and it wasnt that much more work.

what are "massive intake plenums"? and how did you "gut" the air box? did you just remove the resonators?

I got my bike from an AMA racer, and their version of air intake tubes was basically flexible dryer pipe straight from the openings to the air box. And yeah, just pulled out whatever I found that wasn't needed.
