Motomummy.com - resolve pending with the vendor

[As agreed with the vendor, I have taken down my post regarding our transaction. I'm glad that 600rr.net has provided me with the means to get in contact with the seller, and I hope to discuss our issue in an amiable way. Resolve pending, and as such post removed. Thanks!]

First of all we have no emails from you past feb 22nd at all. I also checked my inbox and I have no pm's from you at all. Also if we make a mistake on any order we will correct it. There may be a language barrier, but if you read our terms and conditions it states we don't take back electronics, but of course if it's an error on our part we would, but your post doesn't give enough information at all and secondly if your friend ordered it he may have messed up your order. If he placed the order then he would need to contact us though. Feel free to pm me if you would like, but based on this post I have nothing to go off of, no emails from you, and nothing to work off of whatsoever.

You may want to talk to your friend about the entire situation as what you stated isn't what happened at all. Like I said, if it's on us we FIX IT. Even if it's on your friend we fix it and went against our policies to help him out. We paid for shipping, cc fee's, the time to do the emails, returns dept doing some work, etc and we lowered our normal restocking fee in half and wavered our electronics policy for your friend. I'm hoping you will edit your original post and take this up with your "friend" at this point.

I see you already ordered the correct unit. Just return that one (in new condition) to the address below with the RMA number listed in the address. When we get it back we'll inspect it and then issue you a refund minus the 10% restocking fee.

Radu... sounds like you have a response. So hopefully you take this as a gesture to re-establish contact and resolve your issue. Without getting into the situation as it has nothing to do with me.... But I hope things get resolved as with my personal dealings with MM have been great.

Good luck to the both of you. And I hope to read a post in the upcoming weeks that you all were able to come to some kind of agreement.

Dear Corey,

Hello Corey, and thank you for contacting me.
I will have my friend contact you in this matter. He is certain that he ordered the right part from you. My first emails were indeed from late february, but after that I've sent you a few more, both by direct email and using the contact form on the site. I have also tried contacting you on the phone number listed on the website during working hours. I don't know if it's just bad luck that kept me from getting in touch with you. At this point, i'm certainly not pointing the finger and shouting that this happened on purpouse.

You don't have to take in personaly in any way, because I want to solve this problem in an amiable way, and I assure you that the whole thing I wrote is not ill-intetioned, but is what I saw it happened from my point own of view. (and it's my right to be subjective, after all since I am put right now in the position of spending quite alot of money for a mistake that at the moment I see it didn't arrive from my/our side.)

I, for one, will take the steps of having my friend contact you and setteling this matter one way or another. I assure you that it will be my pleasure in either writing a happy end to this story or taking down the whole post.

Other details, I've sent on pm

Sincerly yours,
Radu

After that. We never heard back from your friend and it doesn't appear he sent anything back. We do take it personal when someone bashes us on information that isn't true, inaccurate, or missing a lot or all of the story. Most any business owner would.

Just to let you know, we confirmed the year, we sent what was ordered, wavered several of our policies to help your friend, and never heard back. This is going on half the year later and way past our returns timeframe and the distributors. I would think you would have taken the thread down right away after realizing it wasn't truthful whatsoever.
