it's the wires for the PAIR solenoid. part of the secondary air system which has likely been gutted and removed from your bike.

you should insulate the wires and tape them into the harness, you don't need them if the PAIR system is removed. if the black/white shorts out it'll take down the whole efi system in your bike and leave you stranded.

it was the PAIR valve. I dont know how the wires got cut off from the connector but i already spliced them back together.

don't splice them together. leave them open.

the yellow/blue goes to the ECU where it's switched to ground, when the ECU calls for the pair valve to open it will short the EFI system.
