Guys,

Just wanted to share my horrible experience with newenough.com. Basically, I ordered some sidi corsa air. I got the confirmation from them, but never got the goods. I emailed them twice and never heard from them. I called them and they claimed that my order slipped through the cracks.. hmm sounds fishy especially since they never responded to my emails.. guess the emails slipped through the crack as well.. here's my email correspondense with them.. don't shop there unless you don't want to get the order.

I have just canceled this order via the telephone. I was told that my order was misplaced and that my boots were never sent out. This is the worst online purchase experience that i have ever had. I will never buy anything from you and I will be sure to tell everyone i know how horrible your service is.

i know jus recently there were some members who jus bought from them.

Gotta say the same... may just have been a fluk... I just placed an order with them and although I havent recieved it all yet, i have been more impressed with their service then just about any other online I have used. They had to break my shipment in 3 shipments which I knew right off because they listed everything same day etc and for each individual shipment they have sent me a tracking number. Will keep everyone posted if I have any issues with the rest of my order, due monday and tuesday but as of now, I would give em a big thumbs up....


Suks on your boots man... I dont know...

I don't think they even charged him. I think his order was completely missed placed and was never processed.

Sorry to hear about that man! Hopefully everything gets worked out. Like a couple of others have said I've never heard or had a bad experiance with them (have used them for the past 4 years). They've always seemed to have great customer service. Hopefully they aren't starting to go downhill.

It's must be a fluke; I've had several great experiences with newenough and this is the first time I've ever heard any negative experience with them.

To give you an idea, I emailed them a question about sizing on a Saturday afternoon and received a reply within ten minutes and an order confirmation within another fifteen minutes.

Same with me. This is the very first bad experience that I have heard about newenough. On the other forums I visit, there are like 10+ pages about good reviews about them, not one negative

you emailed them at 8pm, when they were probably closed. And then the following day at 3pm? Granted, I have recieved their email replies within minutes, but that is not a lot of time especially when they were probably trying to find out whats wrong with your order.

I've dealt with Newenough before and recieved top notch service. In fact when I ordered a suit that turned out to be too small they shipped the next size up without even having the first returned at no extra cost. I used the second shipping box to send the first suit back.

I don't think your bad experience is typical of their business practices. None the less, sorry to hear about your failed order.

You can put a stop on anything using a credit card. Not always with a debit card, Be careful.

i bought a HJC racing suit, yeah i said HJC, back in 2002 from them and didn't have any problems. they even covered a wreck i had with them. they covered the cost of repairing the seam when HJC wouldn't. maybe they're under new management or something.

I shop from New Enough all the time. Their service is top notch. They've processed returns and warranty service with me, without having the orignals sent back first. I also like that they have one customer service rep that handles your business from the first to the end.

New enough, all the way.

I'm sorry to hear about your bad experience with them. I have ordered many things from them, and have had the best customer service from them.

By the way, the picture of the guy in the banner is me, the #901 in the right corner. They do not sponsor me or anything, they just liked the picture. I have no interest in Newenough.

I just purchased a Joe Rocket Blaster 2.0 jacket from them, so I hope they don't lose mine, since its a gift. I have only heard good things about them though...
