I have a race tomorrow and I need to figure this out, so if anyone can help quickly, I would appreciate it.

Right now the problem is there is no power going to the fuel pump at all. The engine cranks, everything worked this morning and yesterday, and all of a sudden nothing. So yea, no voltage to fuel pump according to multimeter. This is also true in neutral.

Again, if anyone can help quickly, please do. Thanks.

The manual says to check the memory for trouble codes. Does your MIL blink when you turn the key on, side stand down? If it blinks you need to count how many times. I don't know where the listing is of the codes though.

ok fast history i have tryed all the relays with another rrs relays they all work fine. checked all fuses- fine. BAS- fine. then we checked the fuel pump by direct wiring it -it pumped fuel just fine. tracked the wire through tthe bike from the fuel pump where there is no power. once i folled it in to the front harness i could not figure out why there was no voltage reading(lost the trail) came across a service manual (will give it away if anyone emails me and wants a digital copY) and was as pain to figure out what to do. so i am a whopping 9 hours away to my racer cert class($250) and i dont have a bike. I can honestly say i want to cry (i have spent $3000 fora bike that has worked for long time after buying it a ne 05 front end doing the swap today and now no work. I have also been kind enough to spend 3 hours on a DYNO wends to be good, and $1500 work of random good ness that i planed on posting when i got her put back together....and this is how she repays me... just like anyother woman.)

end of rant

Check all your electrical plugs. Recheck the BAS. Are you getting an MIL? When you turn the key on does the light flash or just stay constant? If it flashes there are trouble codes.

It's the BAS.. might be upside down... but i'll lay money its BAS, unless you changed the igntion to an 05 up

Simply jumper the outer wires on the BAS plug to bypass, and see what happens, if it runs, you know that's the issue.

Tried the BAS, promise its not the BAS. Tried a BAS off a 05, I also already tried bypassing it by doing that. And snik, thanks for trying, I actually already have the service manual but it's doing me no good. The BAS is located under the upper fairing bracket in just about the stock spot.

No flashing codes either. I am pretty good normally with this sort of stuff, but this is dumbfounding me. If its any consolation, the middle wire to the fuel pump is the wire that sends the signal to the fuel gauge. The fuel gauge works on and off.
