I'm thinking of painting my bike blue or red but I cant decide on which color should paint it. My favorite color is blue but red is also a cool color to go with. So I ask of any of you guys can maybe give me some ideas or color schemes to help me pick one for my bike. I am currently attending some college classes for autobody painting even some custom painting on my saturday class, so any ideas are welcome even different colors than what I had originally was thinking of using. Pictures would definitely help especially if the gifted people that know how to use adobe photoshop program can post some up. Thanks in advance.

I do remember someone having that colorscheme. I must have done it intuitively cause i really liked his bike. Too bad he had an accident indeed

it does huh. i tried a darker blue but this one looked better imo. cyanish blue might be good actually. like that bmw m3. i forgot the model name. csl? cl? something.

Thanks everybody for the few ideas but I would like to see maybe a few more if there a few of you guys out there with a few more pictures. I am liking the blue color thought. who knows maybe that BMW M3 color might look good.

What colour is your leathers/helmet etc, that might help your decision (I would go for the blue).

blue is nice, you see too many red 600rr's. not that they don't look good, but why would you want to custom paint your rr to look like a common stock one? that blue they made in 03 or 04 is nice, you don't see too many. I personally would go white with ghost flames/honda wing.

I like white but I haven't seen to many good paint schemes that catch my eye. But that white with ghost flame/honda wings sounds like a good idea too. I hadn't thought about that. Were you thinking ghost tribal wings?

The main reason I wanted to paint the bike is because black is a badass color but it is hard to maintain in good condition. Plus I like to be a little different if I wanted to be like everybody else I would have gotten a Gixxer.
