Which level???

Disco said:
Guys, I just signed up for the trackday in Fontana with Fastrackriders. Let me know if anyone else wants to go, we might have room for one more bike.

Sorry I'm not gonna ride with some of you at SOW, but lets hook up at Pahrump in Oct!

Which level did you sign up for??? Which would you recommend for me? I'm pretty comfortable on the bike and feel confident in judging proper corner speed... 9.24.06 Sunday?

let me know if you have room for one more bike...

I'm in level 3, yeah on the 24th. I would really recommend level 2 for you since it would be your first trackday. Level two will allow you to get used to the track experience and track speeds without the pressure to go as fast as the experts.

This trackday should serve to teach you better body positioning and learning to adjust your speed and lines so you should be able to ride at your own comforable pace. Level 3 riders are mostly focused on lowering lap times.

You should check right away to make sure there is still some room available in level 2 since its usually the first group to sell out. go to www.fastrackriders.com and let me know if you were able to register.

Oh BTW, we are going to roll up with 2 bikes in a trailer and we might be able to squeeze 2 bikes on the back of the truck. It's an F150 but I have never tried two bikes before. I heard they fit though.

Cool! We're going then! There will be 4 of us riding in the F150 so we'll all split the gas. We'll most likely head up very early in the morning so make sure to get some good rest the night before.

If you need any help as far as what to bring you can PM me.

Alright I'm looking forward to this!

Man he fuzz was thick yesterday. I saw you guys rolling out right after I got to the bottom. I heard about all the other enforcement on the hill and up in Mother parking lot so my group decided it was not worth going up the hill and instead we hit Mesa Grande and old Julian.
I think the chippies blew their budget wad to patrol that area now for the next 6 months. 3 in the sweepers, 2 at the bottom of the souh grade,1 just east of the south grade, I heard there were a couple on the hill and a couple more in the parking lot and the airplane was up. Sheesh and all this BS to give out mostly fix it tickets.

I was there on the 9th and we had a few crashes on the road, which I think provoked the police to say hi. One poor guy had to pull his 600RR out of the trees. Literally out of the tree, and a Ducati rider had a red and white limo pick him up as well.
