Its been 12 days since you received and accepted Paypal funds from me for the CF rear hugger and heat shield. I've tried all avenues in communicating with you in trying to get he parts I purchased before posting a thread like this.
If you don't have the parts for some reason, just refund me the money I sent to you and we'll call it a day and move on.
If you haven't shipped the items yet-please ship them promptly and send me the tracking# and the shipping company that is delivering it.
If I don't get either, I will assume that this is a case of fraud, which is unfortunate for this great site, and I will pursue contacting Paypal for a refund since a guarantee was purchased with this transaction.

damn this just sucks....and even if he does refund the money i think paypal will still charge their fees...sorry to hear this man...gl

damn, I was thinking bout buying that rear hugger from him, I found brand new ones on ebay for the same price or cheaper...

Pay Pal does not charge a fee to process a refund.....if he does not produce the parts file a complaint against him...you will get your money back one way or another....

yeah-he's been sending me a message here and there never really giving me any concrete information just to prolong his game I guess. I'm kinda disappointed really, not naive-but I would expect this sort of thing from Ebay not from here. I've been on this forum for a little over a year and I've always been impressed by the "family" that we all seem to talk about. This issue will be resolved, its just a pain 'cause it takes time and the money gets tied up. Oh well, I learned my lesson. He even has a "trader rating".
Good luck with your situation with him.

I feel your frustration. I'm still trying to find my flushmounts somewhere out there.

But you better believe that your fellow brothers and sisters are watching what happens with this situation. We have a wall of shame just for these kinds of situations should we need it.

i hear ya, i never thought twice buying from somebody on here, i've had great success thus far. I don't wanna go the paypal route, i'm tied up with some other guy who sold me a data cable for my new phone that doesn't even work with my phone....

sucky. Lucky that you used paypal so that you aren't totally out of your money. Heard that they really go to bat for you if they have to. WALL OF SHAME!

It has only been 11 days, right?

It sucks, but geez, it has not been two weeks and Paypal does nothing till 30 days.
Everyone needs to relax and see if he comes through.

no one is jumping to conclusions yet communication is very vital
and what we got here is not enough communication with periodic
updates on behalf of the seller (flameredrr ) and that is why
(georgiaRR ) the buyer is getting anxious and worried
a simple pm with an explanation will do wonders and this thread
is simply a chance for flameredrr to reslove the matter in a
professional maner and both members will be happy
just my 0.02 cents

1st post - noon

10 more posts negative toward member in the next 7 hours. He has a +3 trader rating... It sucks he has not sent a pm or email, but he may have had an emergency of some kind. I would be pissed if I had a family emergency or something happen at work, just to relax, come home, log on the computer and see this post about me.

all we're sayin is that he has our money, we held up our end of the deal(s) and we just want to know where our stuff is, when its gonna get here....thats it

i agree with you bro you would be pissed but you will not be in that situation cause you and a lot of us members communicate very well and if
you had an emergency ok its understandable just say so but to read pm's
and not respond back at all raises flags and speculations

Not sure if anyone said ANY negative about the seller...
The two buyers just want some answers.. I think even if he had some personal emergency or family emergency.. I think it would be fine but give the two buyers some information.. I dont think either of the two would leave negative feedback(trader rating) if he had a reasonable answer to their questions..

Believe me, I did a lot of thinking and confering with a moderator before I posted this type of thread. And as you can see from my intial post-I AM NOT CALLING BS on flameredrr. I posted 3 scenarios and now its up to him to choose one.
I think that the PMs and correspondence I have thus far justify my reaction. You say its only been 11 days...but the truth of the matter is that its not your money thats been spent with nothing to show for it.
I don't play with money. If a seller receives my money promptly and with no hassle-I expect the same in return. I'm not sure about you but I know a lot of people on here that would feel the same way. It's all about trust and communication when you are sending guaranteed funds for a product you haven't received from a guy you only know by a SN. If you get too busy or there is an emergency-I understand-just let me know. I insisted that he send me a Paypal request instead of just sending funds to his Paypal ID like he initially wanted. Sign I should have moved on?...Maybe.
Like I said, either communicate with me if something has come up, send it if you haven't and produce tracking # etc. or just refund me the money and we'll call it a day. If he comes through and delivers to everyone he sold to, we'll give him a nice + on his trader rating and hecan be a +4 and +5 or whatever. You say 11 days, geez...thats 11 days without my money and thats too long.

If you go thru paypal and file a complaint, they will put a hold on the funds in his account- he then has to show proof of delivery. If he doesn't give this info, the case the goes under review for a few weeks, then if it's found in your favor, your money will be refunded in total only if the seller has it in his account. If he doesn't, PAYPAL will send you up to $175 and go into litigation with the seller for the rest. You will wait an undetermined amont of time before you see your money- I've got 2 disputes going on now and am waiting for like $300 from 2 EBAY sellers who tried to stiff me. I say put the pressure on him now just in case. You can always close the dispute when you are satisfied...
