Hey, Got some moriwaki frame sliders from my fiance today for a late xmas present. I had originally wanted yoyodynes but after reading a good bit about them, seems that the moriwakis are just as good. Just wondering if someone had a picture of them on the RR to make sure I like them on there.
TIA

They seem like they are a little short or something. It may just be the pics, but I remember my intuitives stuck out a bit further on my F4i.

So, would you guys suggest me returning them and getting the yoyodynes instead? My fiance didn't know anything about them and ordered them from Nick. Said he suggested them.

Coyote,
Don't have the F4i anymore. These are the best pics I still have of it (have loaded on another website) that can show somewhat the slider. You can tell it is longer by that pic.

quassi, you should sand down those holes...it may crack and spread over time.
I did sand down the holes a bit, and they are actually quite smooth. The rough edges you see are actually from the decal material fraying. I should have drilled from the outside rather than the inside.

Mines is a fun road. THe first time I went up 2 guys went down. I haven't been up since the fires but it can only be worse now. Plus in the winter months you got atleast 2 creaks running across the road and if you don't see them your done for.

The Morwaki are much better than the Yoyodyne. I had both and kept the Morwaki....which did their job in a pretty hard low side....with the help of a set of rear sets the frame didn't get a scratch

The problem with the RR is the engine mount location, if the frame sliders stick out too far..ie.. intuitive then the track guys may scrape them and low side. The morwakis' will protect the frame but not the plastic. It depends on how you are going to ride. If it's at the track then I'd go with morwaki/yoyo's otherwise for street take something a little longer and intuitive.
