Pins and needials in my hands when i am out on the bike, could this be due to wrong suspension set up for my weight and hight???

lol but seriously your probably putting too much weight on your hands, grip the tank with your thighs and knees and slightly bend your elbows.

Do you still have the factory bar ends?
could factory bar ends cause that? or do some non factory barends cause that?

i second what everyone else said. As a new rider, i noticed that i shouldn't use the handle bars to support my weight, your wrists will thank you later. Even with the proper riding posture you can still manage to put to much weight on the grips, keep your elbows relaxed. Think about riding a standard bike, almost no weight is on the bars, since we're hunched over you need to use your legs and squeeze the tank.

You also don't want to fly over the handlebars if you have to brake very hard to avoid something.
