Is there anyway i can remove the back and forth play its not the actual throttle position just my grip seems a bit loose side to side, i can move it back and forth if that makes sense

I don't it's his grip itself moving on the throttle tube.

The slop is the tube cam inside the house being able to move back and forth - it's just the clearances on the inside are pretty loose. I'm not too sure of how you can change this, the throttle needs to rotate freely inside the housing and I'd be afraid of binding it up by placing something else inside of there. If you could source or cut a nylon spacer to 'take up' some of the room and glue to the throttle tube itself, it could work.

Like Chance said, the throttle tube is designed with loose tolerances so it doesn't bind by accident. Before you try sticking spacers, try getting bar end weights deeper in the clipons. It's not going to completely remove the free play but tighten it a good couple mm.
