There is already a bigger FIM spec road course in the U.S.
A track that has already been in discussions for a second USGP as well as WSBK.
No done deals yet, but the track requires no modifications and has already been built to FIM and FIA specs.
Neither a MotoGP round nor a WSBK round will bring in even a quarter of the people as the Olympics did. Why would lodging or anything else be an issue for the paltry amount of fans either would bring in compared to that?
NASCRAP is in talks with the track to add another roadcourse round as well.
