If you're at risk of being shot while riding, that might help, but I highly doubt it will have enough protection when sliding on asphalt. You also don't want loose fitting gear anyway because you can still get rashed up inside of your gear without ever touching the road surface.

I wasn't thinking of it as having T-shirts of this stuff used for riding but the same idea transferred over into a jacket, jeans, or gloves. Would obviously still need the armor in the high impact areas of course

Well, since it doesn't work on leather, it will still lack the abrasion resistance needed to handle a crash.

Jeans will always remain a 5 letter word for hospital visit.

dainese already makes something similar. but meant for riding purposes.
d-stone tech!

just ask Nemesis. his d-stone served its purpose and protected him years ago.:crackup:
