I was pulling it in all the way to change gears, but i read on here that you dont have to. So this morning I only pulled it in maybe 1/4 of the way and shifted much quicker and smoother. Im wondering if i should try without the clutch at all. Just make sure im off the throttle before shifting right?

Are you talking about shifting up or down?

If it's down, I don't suggest doing that, least not at mid RPMs. low rpms (Where the rpm ratio is closer) would be fine, but from 3000 and up is where you might run into some serious damage.

Shifting up is fine at any RPM as long as your transmission isn't under load.

you lose less momentum if you dont use your clutch, but thats not really necessary on the street.
