But how easy are thy to fit???

Who's the best to but from??

How do you crack the seal and glue it back up again??

So are you wanting HID's, LED's, or CFL's, or all three? HID's are not in your picture but they replace your current headlights and are very easy to install. The LED's and CFL's require a little more work but are doable if you arent afraid to take your headlights apart. But before we start giving advice I recommend you research exactly what you want and maybe even give the 'search' button a try, there are many threads on HID installs.

Super easy ive done them on my truck before.

bake in the oven at a low temp like 200-220 for 10-15mins then seperate the seal. Its not glue its a black urethane on a roll. no need to heat it to put it back together.

You need to bake them closed... You dont need to heat it up nearly as much, but it goes a long way in getting a proper alignment and seal.
