So I ordered a jacket in early October and they said there was a 6 week backorder until 11/27 and then later was told it was bumped to 11/20 and as painful as it is to wait that long I was patient, and I get this email today, the day before it's supposed to ship:

THAT LONG, for a change to NO ETA!!!! That is f'n Ridiculous. The worst part of powersports is finding the gear you want in your size, color, option, and variety. This is a polar opposite of what I have seen from RidersInc.com with fast easy service and good prices as actual site vendors. RideGear.com is slow and horrible service. I called three times and each time got a different story from a different person. STAY AWAY FROM THEM! If anyone on here works for RideGear I do not care if you are offended.

Damn man that sucks, I have ordered quite a bit from them and got it quickly.

Guess everyone has their good and bad.

I am not pleased with them either. Ordered 2 jackets from them over two weeks ago, and cant get a reply from email, and cannot get them by phone. I will not order from them again.
