Ouch. It can be fixed, but you must bring it to a reliable wheel rim repair shop. I've seen a lot of great work to fix rims of all sorts, but get an estimate on the cost to repair, and then see how much you can obtain another rim for. Just as a note, you may be able to reuse your current tire, BUT the general advice would be to start w/ a fresh tire to mount w/ the "new" rim.
