For a 04RR is the front wheel 3.5 x 16.5 and the rear 5.5 x 17? Does anyone know if these dimensions are correct? thnx

17" front and back. Not sure of the width.

I think the rear is 5.0

180 tires fit best on a 5.0, and 190 tires fit 5.5 rims, like the RC51.

pretty sure about this.
