i have the serpent micron full exhaust system on my rr, its great all the way except for one thing, the headers no 1 and 2 are too close to the oil filter . So in order to replace the oil filter the bolts on these headers have to be loosen , and the spring used to connect them to the mid pipe removed. The filter iam currently using is ( highflow part no HF204) so instaed of messing up with the headers evrey 3000 miles , does any one of you RR owners / racers out there aware of on oil filter that is shorter then the stock filter / high flow brand that iam using . And by the way i talked to micron they said they will get back to me in a couple of week since the headquartes is in the UK and they are off for the holidays. Please advice thanks a lot for all your replys :)

Thanks Moe,

Did you like the bringing back of the dead post? :lol2:

Move the resivor bottle huh.. Interesting.

My friend is getting out of surgury now as we type and should be coming to, this evening. He will have a 2 hr surgury completed with metal plates on the outside of his skin holding pins that will put his ankle back together. I hope that it goes okay. He was an avid backpacker and we were supposed to be snow packing this winter. I guess we may have to put it off this winter. He is a trooper though. After he broke his wrist from a quad accident he was back on the gsxr 750 in like 2 weeks  Take care! Wear them boots! :lol2: -L-

i wish all the best for your buddy i have been there man years ago when i played soccer internationally i had my share of knee and ankle injuries bone pain is the worst in my book but like you siad his a trooper god bless him i like the fact your brought back the post from the dead :bounce: thanks man, with the aftermarket headers i do not have that much room to move my hands around if you loosen up the one bolt that holds the resevoir bottle and push it to the side it helps out a lot give that a shot next time you do an oil change, i wear my gear all the time no matter how hot it gets saved my ass a bunch of times take care cv :bounce: :bounce:
