There is a post somewhere on here showing a set of sliders that dont require cutting and appear to be real solid. Reviews on them were good. Do a search and they will turn up. Oggy Knobbs maybe?

There used to be a real good write up in this forum on how to instal the OES sliders. I can't seem to find it now.

If you were closer to San Antonio, I would help you do it. It only took about an hour and I was taking my time.

Definety get the ones where you've to cut the frame and make sure that the base of the slider is made up of metal or aluminum (Don't buy cheap ones. You will regret it like i did). I got all plastic ones and had lots of vibration from the engine after their intall.
Besides, the drillig is so easy and quick if you follow the above posted installation procedure.

Thanks Honda. Basically a race bike for the street and they make you have to cut EXPENSIVE bodywork. Don't they realize the obvious benefits of sliders for the owner? Even in the case of a simple drop in the driveway. Why can't they expose the mounting area like Suzuki?
