go ahead and throw a bunch of money at a lost cause.
unless you are a pro, your not going to improve your lap times by much.
And if your not racing , who cares?

If you try to keep up with the latest and greatest you will be buying a new bike every year. I have too much sentimental attachment to my 2004. If anything I will buy a new bike and keep the one I have now.

To a very small degree! Get a bike. Set up the suspension,( new springs revalve etc.....) then your on too something. I regularly blow past dudes on 999r's, milie's Gsxr1000's what ever ...on a technical track. A slow rider on a fast bike = slow rider.cling said:lol, trust me dude.. you dont need to be a pro to improve on lap times with a newer bike. I increase my skill level along with increased technology, call us crazy
