I am looking at these suits

AGV Sport SP4
AGV Sport Forza
AXO Dragon Supoermoto

These are the ones I have found so far that are within my price range and aren't stupid looking. Any experience with these? Anyone know about the quality of these suits? I'd also like to know if the ones that arent shown from the back have speed wedges or not. I cant find alternative pics anywhere. Any other input you guys have would be great. Thanks

And here are links to them

the last one is supermoto, I dont think it has knee pucks does it? If your buying this for the track, just buy a 1,000$ suit used for like 500-600$ because your more than likely going to down your bike at least once, regardless if you ride slow and safe and your shiny new suit is going to be all scratched up :)

I got my MotoGP compression suit for 550$ like new condition. I got moved up to Advanced in a 3 month period with NESBA and ive low sided two times now, and I didnt even really care because the sliders took all the damage and I scratched up my cheap used suit, no problem :p If I had baught a brand new suit and did the same, id probably cry and slap myself in the face.
Good point. Where is the best place for used suits? Ebay would be one I assume
Oh and the last one has pckets for knee sliders I think it says
Fool, I just bought the SP4. It should be at my door step some time before Wednesday. If you can hold off on your purchase for a while I'll give you a quick first impression.
I have a used joe rocket 2 piece in the for sale section. $200 plus shipping...
i have the sp4 and i like it alot. found one new for $440
Check out newenough for the closeout stuff.

ALso, call up flatout motorcycles and ridersinc to see if they'll hook you up on some A*, or Motogp suits.

I remember getting my motogp kanga suit for 700 shipped.
A*'s is blowing out their old stuff. Just picked up a new TZ-1 one piece for $550 CDN. Retails for around $1200 CDN apparently.

CollegeRider, I won't be making my purchase for a couple of months so there isn't any rush. I'm looking forward to the review!

Joe_Rocket, $550 CD would be something like... what $450/$425 USD? Where did you find that kind of deal?

Thanks for the input so far!
im also lookin into picking up that agv sp4 so any insight to the suit would be great!
me at Texas Motorsports Ranch

AGV SP4 Race Suit
The SP4 stands out in several key areas. While well under $600.00 (closer to $500) you get a suit that's well made, has a great seam system, and an above average leather quality.

The SP4 happens to be our best selling suit in our retail store. Most of our customers agree, that the SP4 beats the Joe Rocket GPX (about the same price) in every category.

Keep in mind, this suit won't fit as snug as similar suits in this price range. Our larger customers, looking to get a super snug fit, have no issues with thigh and forearm room. However, in many cases, the average build rider wishes that these areas were slightly on the snugger side. While the fit isn't bad, there is a bit of room when compared to other suits side by side.

Construction is solid, but be aware of the rear collar. It has a habit of folding over, without the rider noticing. Have someone take a look before you hit the track. If you have a fit issue in the shoulder area, check this first.

The speed bump is LARGE. When combined with a back protector, the hump can look menacing. It does not interfere with the riders head movement when on the track.

Conclusion:

If you're looking for an excellent suit, that should last a solid season, the SP4 is an outstanding choice. The graphics are also "mellow" when compared to other suits, which isn't typically an AGV hot zone. We give this suit 5 Stars in this price range.

So did you write this review or find it elsewhere? If you did, I have some questions regarding what it says. For example: when it says the speed bump looks menacing, is that a bad thing? I think speed humps look cool personally.

This suit is very appealing for its price. I am leaning heavily towards it.

I see. Well thanks a bunch for the help. I am still looking for a first impression College! I will most likely be getting this thing in the next month or so. If you guys turn up any awesome pricing deals on one, let me know. The best I have found so far is almost $500 shipped.

If you are asking me, I have no idea. I haven't ever tried a suit on.
