I've removed the 10mm bolt and disconnected the blue conntector. Does the whole thing just pull straight up? I tried doing so and it won't budge. I don't want to break something. Also pardon all that filth, I just discovered a bastard mouse nest and still have more to clean out...

Guy I've never pulled that particular one out, but many many others over the years and they are like you said very tight, always an o-ring sealing it. Usually just have to gently work it straight out, I use oil to help also.
But check out the parts diagram that should give the answer, because once I pulled a cam position sensor and it had a little leg on it that needed a tilt as it came out.
But usually just straight out, a little oil a little wiggling it should come.
EDIT: That's what she said yeah

Thanks I'll give it another try tomorrow. I was losing my mind earlier and quit. I'm able to twist it all around but just not pull it out of the socket.

I GOT IT! To install a new one do I have to do anything special or does it just fit right in with the 10mm bolt?
