i was wondering if changing your sprockets effects your speedo like in a car if you change the gear ratio it effects the speedo wondering if thats the same for our bikes thanks.

thanks brother it wont open for me i think my computer woke up stupid.. i just went down one tooth in the front and was wondering how off is it. also i thought the speedo was controlled by the front wheel. is it gear driven by the transmission

Yip, a sensor in the gearbox picks up the output shaft speed, and sends that as a signal to the speedo.
