Here's my experience so far with this company.

Placed an order for bolts on 2/15 (same night I got tracking info from neverland USA) figured I'd get the bolts and fairings about the same time.

Today is 3/5 .....no bolts

- They have my money
- Called them 8 times...they don't pick up their phone
- Left voice mail....no call back
- Emailed twice...no response
- Went as far as sending them a message on Facebook...no answer to that

My wife tells me I need to call my credit card company and stop payment. I've never received a tracking number from them. I do have an order number which states my order was shipped on 2/25. First question is why does it take 10 days to process an order for bike bolts?

So again. I still don't have my bolts. I've had my new fairings for a couple of weeks. I received my fairings on 2/21.

My bike is naked sitting in my garage waiting on these bolts to come in. I figured I'd get a jump start on the project.

So yeah I'm frustrated to say the least. All I want is for someone to give me a tracking number. I understand things happen but when you have an online store and you don't pick up your phone or answer emails how else are your customers suppose to get in touch with you?

The first time I called was b/c I wanted to add a couple of things to my order. Well Riders Discount got that business since they didn't pick up their phone.

Anyone else have experience with these guys? I went with them over eBay guys b/c I've read mixed reviews about bolts on eBay.

I really don't think Im asking too much trying to get tracking info.

if you paid with paypal file a claim, if you paid directly with your credit card, call the credit card company and tell them you never received the product you paid for and they will file a claim to get your money back

If I were you I would stop payment and order somewhere else. I mention my experience everytime I see them come up.

My experience with the quality of their bolts was poor. The powder coat chipped off of every bolt I tried to install and the "kit" didn't even come with every bolt the blurry instructions said it should.

So here's an update:

- Submitted claim to paypal on 3/5
- Heard back from vendor on 3/5 apx 1.5 hrs after claim was submitted....crazy how now they get emails??? Vendor said order had been shipped and gave me a tracking number. I then went and tracked the package only to see that it shows an electronic label had been created but no further tracking info past that. So to me this means that they created a shipping label but never actually shipped the bolts.

Vendor said they've been having bad weather and are not in the office so that's why they didn't pick up the phone. :retard: well I checked out the weather in Cincinnati OH and we've had rougher weather in NC.... so no excuse there.

She said she would call the post office and check on my package.....I asked them if it's still sitting in OH I would like for them to over night the bolts since I've been waiting almost 3 weeks. I also asked if they can't overnight them to just refund me......and to this I heard nothing back...I let another day go by without a response and my last email to them was to cancel my order and refund me....still no word back.

I will never deal with these guys again.

At this point I hope PayPal can take care of this for me.

If anyone would had pull at the post office here's the tracking number they gave me.

USPS = 9400111899560097788802

It is really funny that they finally responded, only after receiving a claim notice from paypal.

That tracking number means nothing except that the company created a shipping label. My guess is that they got your order together and never took it to the post office.

Wish I had good news but even through paypal Bikebolts.com is not responding. I heard from them twice, once they gave me a tracking number...the other time they said they would contact their post office..

I've told them to refund me....

PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND NEVER BUY FROM THESE GUYS....

I actually orders some bolts from them before. Same exact thing happened. Slow shipping times and no response at all. I received my after a few weeks but that was in September. Weather was still nice and shipping time was ridiculous.

Yeah they suck. Can't believe there in business. I still don't have the bolts and tracking still brings back nothing. I need to wait till the first week in April for next steps with paypal.

Thank you very much for the info.. I almost bought a "kit" from them. Glad i saw this before i did!

Too many options. Check with your dealer. I talked with a guy there and he had a catalog for another bolt place down in Florida. I could have got a complete kit for $35 plus tax from the dealer. Not OEM but still cheaper than the bums that won't send me the bolts.

I think you are refering to Pro-Bolt kit. They do not replace all the bolts for the fairing. They only come with bolts and washer, no well nuts.

Sucks that you still haven't gotten your stuff

So, I'm going to be ordering a fairing bolt kit shortly myself, since it's a definite "NO" on ordering from this place, where do people recommend to get bolts from?

(sorry for the minor thread jacking, however OP, if you get your money back, this answer can help you as well...)

No worries. I have my fairings all on. Just ended up costing me more.

As far as an update I still don't have the bolts or a refund. Last week I did escalate my claim with paypal.

I definitely wouldn't order from bikebolts.com. They've had problems for quite a while now and it's always a story just like yours.

Got an email from PayPal. They saw the dispute in my favor and will be refunding me. The refund should hit my account in 3-5 days. It wasn't the $45 it was the lack of communication and it was so obvious they were ignoring me. These guys are total creeps!
