Thanks for giving me the run around!!!

Ordered springs....waited a week, and nothing. Gave them a call and they said they were on backorder. Gives me the "I e-mailed you...guess you need to check your span filter crap" (wow thanks for calling me back..since my cell was on the order form!) So I gave em a 2nd chance and ordered a second set of springs and let them now that I had a trackday in a week and NEEDED these springs...he says no problem, they will be there in less than a week. Well the week goes by and nothing. Call them back and guess what the springs in the box were the wrong #'s.....Thanks for the call Again!!!! It's not that hard guys....you know the customer service thing. It's really not that hard - Pick up the phone and throw a bone!!!!

It's not worth it - take you $$$ somewhere else.

Damnit, I should have done my homework sigh. I saw an advertisement on here for them and checked out the site looked decent, it was one of the places I told my wife I wanted to get swingarm spools from.
She ordered them on the 12th of june with priority shipping because she wanted to make sure they were here for fathers day. They have still not showed up and we leave voicemails but no one calls back.
