I need some advice in the steering damper category. As some of you know, the 1000RR's come with a factory HESD so I never had to worry about installing one on my own. However, when I get the 600RR I know I'm going to have to get one. Which ones do you guys like the best based on different factors like functionality, price, ease of installation, etc?
A piston style damper has better feel and more responsive to headshake. The general racer consensus prefers and uses piston style over rotary. There was a really good article about this, I'm searching but dont seem to locate it now.
