bike is hesitating like its starving for fuel around 5-6k. everything feels very smooth but it just kinda falls on its face when rolling on the throttle pretty hard. i was told the bike had been sitting for quite some time. it fired right up and idled like a sewing machine so i didnt drain every drop of fuel when i got it because it was practically empty. but after filling up (the first and only time) it started doing this. i was just wondering if a FI cleaner could solve the problem. the bike is completely stock with 4500 miles.

hahaha, ive officially had my first dumba$$ moment. The FI indicator is lit on the monitor. im 100% un-savvy on these bikes as ive only raced mx. obviously the problem lies in my FI's but the question still remains. do i take them apart and clean them or can a cleaner do the job?

First thing I would look at is the code that its throwing, after that you can look at what is causing the problem
code? i only found the "FI" lit up, i dont know anything about codes for these bikes or where/how to check them. time to do some more searching i guess, haha.
