I have a set of race tires on my bike that probably have one trackday left in them. Right now, they are on my bike, in a detached garage. Is it bad to leave race tires in the cold? Or should I take the rims off and keep them in the house? BTW, I live in Missouri, so it gets a little chilly!

I would keep them in a contolled enviroment. Just to be on the safe side. Also, lay them horazontally so that they don't develop a flat spot.

You should keep them in safe place with normal controlled temperature environment. In my view some time it becomes useless.

I store mine off the rims in a dark cool closet.

Make sure you don't store them next to any heat sources or sunlight.

take off wrap in plastic wrap put in dark controlled place like the closet or under the bed, lay flat as was stated before

and if you really want to piss the wife off put them in the bedroom, next to the bed

Or you can put a small stack of em' in the living room and throw a clear circular sheet of glass of them and BOOM you got yourself a coffee table
